HOT BREW
Step 1
Measure 15g of coffee for a 260ml cup. Precision ensures an impeccable balance of flavors, elevating your coffee experience to an artful level.
Step 2
Optimal coffee starts with a medium-coarse grind. Its impact on taste is profound; adjust using your grinder for perfection. Coarser for bitterness, finer for acidity. Refine your brew to suit your palate.
Step 3
Begin by inserting the filter paper into the dripper and rinsing it with hot water. Then, add the coffee grounds to the filter paper. Position the setup atop a cup or server on a scale, ensuring it's zeroed out (tared) for precise measurements.
Step 4
Wait 30 seconds, then commence a slow, steady pour in a circular pattern, starting from the center and spiraling out, before returning to the center. Repeat this motion to ensure a uniform and even water flow over the coffee grounds.
Step 5
Aim to reach 260g for a single cup at around 1 minutes and 50 seconds. Maintain consistent pour time. Total brew time varies with grind and bean, so adapt accordingly for a perfect cup.
Step 6
